According to a broadcast Italian announcement from Tripoli, any inhabitant of Liby/a found guilty of listening to the Tunis wireless station will be liable to a fine of 500 lire, or, if the ofi’ence is repeated, to a month’s imprisonment. Listening to certain other stations, such as Moscow, is punishable by a month’s imprisonment for the first offence.
