ONE HUNDRED BRITISH CIVILIANS. AND 300 LASCAR SAILORS. By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyrigh (Received This Day, 12.45 p.m.) LONDON, October 25. In the House of Commons, Mr R. A. Butler (Parliamentary Under-Secre-tary fol’ Foreign Afiairs), said that to October 3, 102 British civilians and 300 Lascar sailors had been interned in Germany. The United States Charge D’Affaires, financed by Britain, is providing relief.
