TRADE DISCUSSIONS. MISSION GOING TO BERLIN By Te’egranh—Press Association— Copyright. (Received This Day. 1.10 p.m.) MOSCOW. October 22. A Soviet trade mission is going to Berlin shortly to supervise the transport of German exports to Russia. A member of Germany’s trade delegation in Moscow has gone to Berlin today. It is expected that an extensive trade agreement will be signed shortly.
