APPEARANCE IN LONDON COURT. EJECTED FROM PIMLICO FLAT. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. LONDON. October 19. A judge in the Westminster County Court made an order for the possession of a flat in Pimlico against a New E Zealand born defendant who described himself as Count Potocki. of Montalk, heir-General to the Kings of Poland, Grand Dukes of Lithuania, Dukes of i Silesia and Hospodars of Moldavia. ] The defendant appeared in Court in ] a long red cloak and white blouse. ] His hair reached his waist. He declar- j ed that he and his wife wished to ? swear by Apollo, which the Judge ■ allowed when Potocki refused to make ! ; an ordinary affirmation. { When the Judge made an order be- , cause of arrears of rent. Potocki re- j marked: "I sincerely hope Hitlev wins A the war, your Honour.” . The Judge: “See that this man leaves A the Court immediately. Ho i.s unable j to behave himself.” ’ r
