Miss Thelma Denbee, of Wellington, is on a visit to Masterton. Mr and Mrs B. Grapes, of Auckland, are guests at the Midland Hotel, Mas■erton. Miss A. E. Anderson, of Eketahuna, is visiting Wanganui, where her brother, Mr A. Anderson, is seriously ill. Mrs J. F. Jaine, of Masterton, is visiting" Woodville and is the guest of Mrs H. P. Horne. Miss E. Henderson, of Dunedin, is on a visit to Masterton, and is staying at the Midland Hotel. Miss Jessie Cresswell, of Hamilton, is visiting her aunt, Mrs B. A. Brown, of Konini. Guests of Mrs L. Hurley, of Woodville, are the Misses Elsie and Ruby Hurley, of Wellington, and Mrs Balfour, of Carterton. ’ Mrs P. M. Walsh, of Pahiatua, who recently underwent an operation, in the Tararua Private Hospital, is making satisfactory progress.
