The second day of the Auckland Racing Club’s spring meeting was held in fine weather, the course being in good order and the attendance good. The totalisator handled £41,764 10s, against £27,083 10s last year, an increase of £l4, 681. The total for the meeting is £100,354 10s, against £69,379 last year, an increase of £30,975 10s.
