POSITION CHANGED BY WAR. SERVICES BEING UTILISED. By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright. (Received This Day. 11.20 a.m.) LONDON. October 5. Sir John Anderson (Minister of Home Security) stated in the House of Commons that the refugee problem had been changed owing to the war. Meanwhile it was proposed to utilise their services in a way advantageous to the national effort. He added that he was unable to hold out a hope of legislation respecting British women married to enemy aliens.
