FUND OPENED BY OVERSEAS LEAGUE. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY. October 3. With the approval of the War Office the Overseas League tobacco fund, which collected £368,203 in the last war. has been restarted. The object is to keep the men at the front well supplied with tobacco. Between 1914 and 1918 the league sent overseas more than 300.000,000 cigarettes.
