SKETCH EXHIBITION

ANNUAL DISPLAY POPULAR. The Masterton Sketch Club’s exhibi - tion. which opened yesterday in the Bannister Street Hall, attracted a large attendance of visitors, who found much of interest and to admire in the display of over 100 paintings which grace the walls of the hall.

Two very beautiful flower studies by Mrs W. H. Cruickshank are among the best of their kind in the exhibition and several fine landscapes by Miss Bodie command attention and indicate that Miss Bodie is a painter of some accomplishment. The exhibition will open again this afternoon and tomorrow afternoon and evening.
