OTHER PEOPLE’S IDEAS

LACK OF CONSIDERATION

(To the Editor.)

Sir, —Would you allow me a small space in your valuable paper lo draw attention to lack of consideration, shall we say, for the bandsmen who willingly gave their services to play our brave lads to the Station each day. Many motorists with empty cars and lorries could easily have given the bandsmen a lift back into town, especially the older men and those carrying heavy instruments. Surely in a time like this we should all be out to help each other. Yours etc,

AN ONLOOKER Masterton, October 4.
