A CHEAP DISH. The following carrot pudding is very palatable and economical as well:— One cup grated carrot, i cup suet. 1 cup flour. .1 teaspoon salt, j, cup sugar, and 1 cup currants. Mix the currants with the sugar, and then add the rest, one by one. Boil or steam for 3 hours.
