The activities of M Saracoglu (Turkish Foreign Minister) continue t. puzzle observers. Two days have passed since Herr von Ribbentrop s departure without 'a resumption of the Russian-Turkish talks. On the contrary, M Saracoglu had conversations with Sir William Seeds and the French Charge d’Affaires, M Jean Payart. He also received the Afghan and Iranian envoys.
