A considerable number of U-boat prisoners have arrived at an internment camp in the heart of the northern industrial area, states a Ministry of .Information communique. It is authoritatively stated that only seven German submarines of twentyseven sent out to prey upon merchantmen have returned to their bases. SWEDISH STEAMER SUNK (Received This Day, 10.15 a.m.) LONDON, September 28. The Swedish steamer Nyland was torpedoed off the south-west coast of Norway. The crew of 29 were rescued.
