The Turkish Foreign Minister, who is going to Moscow, stated that Turkey hopes to effect a reconciliation between England, France and Russia. According to an earlier message from Paris, the “Paris-Soir” says a report from Riga announces that a group of members of the Soviet Political Bureau are proposing to M Stalin the calling of a conference to include Britain, France, Germany, Italy, and Russia to discuss the European situation.
