DIRECTOR AND A TRUSTEE ' VISIT MASTERTON. MAKING CONTACT WITH HELPERS AND OTHERS. In the course of a tour of various districts of the North Island, Mr J. E. Broadfoot, director of the New Zealand Institute for the Blind, Auckland, and Mr W. H. Lunn, one of the directors, visited Masterton and the Wairarapa yesterday and today. During the tour, Messrs Broadfoot and Lunn have made a point ofmeeting as many blind people as possible and of making contact with the various societies or bodies which are assisting the institute. They wish to express their thanks to Mrs H. E. Either for her assistance while in Masterton to enable them to visit blind people in the district. Messrs Broadfoot and Lunn left today for Hawke’s Bay and Poverty Bay in continuation of their tour.
