WAIRARAPA BRANCH MEETING. DR GILLIES TO VISIT MASTERTON. At the last meeting of the Wairarapa branch of the N.Z. Crippled Children Society it was reported that one of the boys on the register had been successful in obtaining a position with a well known Wellington firm of Public Ac countants. On receipt of further information consideration will be given tc assistance with expenses and accountancy tuition. Accounts amounting to £6 0s Id were passed for payment. ■ The sum of £lO was donated to wards the cost of artificial appliance:: for another case. It is expected that Dr Alex Gillies will visit Masterton on Thursday, Sep tember 1939. Arrangements have been made for a number of crippled children to be present during his visit.
