PRICES FULLY FIRM
MASTERTON STOCK SALE. Prices were fully firm on those of last week at the Masterton stock sale held today. There was free bidding from a large attendance of buyers, including butchers’ representatives, and the clearance effected was very satisfactory Some realisations were: —Sheep: Fat ewes, 225; maiden ditto. 255; fat 2-tooth wethers 265; wethers. 26s 6d to 24s 3d. Pigs: Slips 24s 6d to 265; weaners 22s Cd to 265.
