OBITUARY

MISS JANE MORISON. The death occurred in Masterton yesterday of Miss Jane Morison, at the age of 84 years. The late Miss Morison, who had lived in Masterton for over 50 years, had not been in the best of health for the past three or four weeks. _She was born in Scotland and came tl? New Zealand 69 years ago. At one time she was a teacher of music and dancing in Masterton and as late as nine years ago composed a patriotic song. She was a sister of the late Mr C. B. Morison, K.C.. of Wellington. The funeral will take place tomorrow, leaving the Chapel of Hyde’s Funeral Service, Church Street, at 11.30 a.m. for the Masterton Cemetery.
