British Obligations to Poland To Be Fulfilled PROSECUTION OF WAR WITH ALL ENERGY UNTIL OBJECTS HAVE BEEN ACHIEVED (By Telegraph.—Press Association—Copyright.) (Received This Day, 12.25 p.m.) LONDON, September 18. Britain has officially charged the Soviet with attaching her own ally, Poland, and has proclaimed a determination to fulfil British obligations to Poland “and to prosecute the war with all energy’’ until its objects have been achieved. According' to an Independent Cable Service message, well informed circles in London state that there will not be a rupture of Britain’s diplomatic,relations with Russia, much less a declaration of war, since it is thought that Russia is believed to be serving her own vital interests by the invasion.
