BRITISH GUNS
MOVED UP TO WESTERN FRONT. PREPARATION FOR NEXT PHASE. (Received This Day, 9.30 a.m.) PARIS, September 18. Authoritative military sources state that British artillery has moved up to support the French forces in a preparation for the next phase of the Western front operations. The Germans are continuing to withdraw from the Saar, Vosges, Trier and Aachen areas.
