DEFENCE OF LWOW

GERMAN MOTORISED FORCE DRIVEN BACK. (Received This Day, 9.0 a.m.) NEW YORK, September 15. A United Press correspondent at Zaleszckyki says Polish troops, reinforced by heavy artillery, are fighting bitterly in the defence of Lwow, compelling motorised columns, which had reached the outskirts, to fall back.
