Mrs F. Wilshes. of Hukanui, has returned from a visit to Hamilton. Miss H. Card, mayoress of Featherston, is spending a few days in Wellington. Mrs Targett, of Hukanui. has had to enter the Masterton Hospital for treatment. Mr and Mrs S. Young, of Wellington, are visitors to Masterton, and are staying at the 'Empire Hotel. Mrs W. Harte, Timaru, and formerly of Masterton, left today for Napier, where she will make her home. Mr and Mrs 'Richards, Palmerston North, are staying at the Empire Hotel,* Masterton. Miss B. I. Harrington, of the Wellington hospital nursing staff, who was on a visit to her parents at Hukanui, has returned to Wellington. Mr and Mrs Haddon Smith, of Pongaroa, were guests of Mrs Norman White, Hastings, this week for the Williams—White wedding. Mr and Mrs G. H. Carey, who have been the guests of Mr and Mrs Adamson, Cole Street, Masterton, have returned to their home in Napier. Mrs Harold Beetnam ana Miss A. Beetham, Highmore, Masterton. are the guests of Mrs J. Ramsden, Ngaputahi, Pohangina Valley, Manawatu.
