The “New York Times" states that Signor Mussolini will publicise the aims of Italian policy in the European conflict according to newspaper leaders today, which, however, do not specify when. Some Italian circles believe that new developments cannot be expected until the German-Polish war enters a decisive phase.. Signor Gayda. writing in the “Giornale d’ltalia.” said. “Until Germany conquers Poland all speculation is futile.'’ The Italian position is gradually being defined by a will uniquely Italian.”
