REPORTED GY GERMANS, BERLIN, September 14. It is officially announced that the Germans have entered Gdynia, the garrison surrendering. APPEAL BY POLAND MORE EFFECTIVE ASSISTANCE FROM BRITAIN. (Received This Day, 9.5 a.m.) LONDON, September 14. The Polish Ambassador, M Raczynski, sent a Note to the Foreign Office urging more effective British assistance to Poland. CAPTURES NEAR RADOM GERMAN HIGH COMMAND CLAIM. (Received This Day, 9.5 a.m.) BERLIN. September 14. The High Command has claimed the capture of 60,000 Poles, including several generals, near Radom.
