ISSUE AT POST OFFICE BEGINS. The issue of cards of coupons to enable owners of private cars to obtain supplies of petrol commenced at the Masterton Post Office this morning. Shortly after nine o’clock a number of people collected to await their (urn, but there was no great rush of applicants, and later in the morning only two or three were applying at the same About eleven o’clock however, people began to assemble in greater numbers again. The issue is simplicity itself. All the motorist has to do is to sign his name on a card and give the registration number of -his car. Personal application is necessary at the Post Office at which the car is registered.
