FOR THE ANKLE

REDUCING LOTION. The following formula has often been recommended as a reducing- lotion, and is well worth a trial. Before starting on the treatment, measure your ankles, make a note of it, and at the end of a month measure them again. And then you will know exactly how much they have been reduced. To one quart of ordinary rubbing spirit add two usual-sized squares of cahphor, shaving them up finely so that they will readily dissolve in the spirits. When using pat the lotion over the parts to be reduced at least once each day, two or three times if convenient. And finally remember that men always seem to glance at our ankles, sometimes more often than at our faces, therefore make your ankles worthy of a second glance of admiration.
