DAFFODIL SHOW

MUNICIPAL HALL NEXT WEDNESDAY. The Horticultural Society is making a particular effort to ensure that its Daffodil Show will, this year, surpass all previous daffodil shows. Increased membership is expected to bring many new exhibitors to the fore. In this connection, the executive of the society wishes to make it known that should any prospective new exhibitors require advice there is a sub-committee available, the members of which will be only too pleased to pass on the benefit of their experience. The decorative classes are always an attraction and this year should prove no exception. Special mention must be made of the decorated table section, for secondary girls’ schools in the Masterton district, there being a valuable challenge cup available for competition in this class.
