CAMP RECREATION
ACTIVITIES OF Y.M.C.A. PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH GIVES SUPPORT. A decision to co-operate with the Y.M.C.A. in establishing 'recreational huts in military camps was made at a meeting of the General Assembly chaplains committee of the Presbyterian Church. The committee said it was felt that the Y.M.C.A. had the facilities for institutional work and m order to avoid duplication of effort and expense it wished to assure the Y.M.C'.A. of its utmost support. "We are anxious," the committee states, ‘‘that the Presbyterian people everywhere should know of our approach to the Y.M.C.A. and we are confident of their financial aid. We understand that a fund has been opened at the National Office of the Y.M.C.A. at 111 The Terrace. Wellington, and we are asking our people to send their support direct to you.”
