A United Press London correspondent states that it is reliably reported that the Duke and Duchess of Windsor are staying at the home of Major Edward Dudley Metcalfe, at Colenanshatch, in Sussex. The Duchess is remaining there and in the meantime the Duke is visiting Queen Mary at Marlborough House. It is believed that the Duke and Duchess later will reside in the Duke of Kent’s London home. A London message says it is officially stated that the Duke and Duchess of Windsor arc in England. QUIET RETURN. JOURNEY MADE BY SEA. (Received This Day, 1.10 p.m.) LONDON, September 12. Not even high officials of the King’s household were aware of the Duke and Duchess of Windsor’s journey or knew late tonight that they had returned. It is understood that they came by sea.
