TERRITORIAL TRAINING

PARADE OF C COMPANY. GOOD SCORES AT SHOOTING PRACTICE. A parade of C Company, Hawke’s Bay Regiment, was held in the Drill Hall last night. The inspection was carried out by Lieutenant 1. Hart, who commented favourably on the general turn-out of the men. - , Training was continued, the cleaning and care ot the service rifle being followed by musketry exercises, while Corporal A. Lance -Corporals A. Deller, Harrington and Mason were high scorers. Several good rifle shots were discovered, Privates N. Jenkins, Osborne. Mar - tin and L/Cpl Sewell of C Company, and Cruickshank. Hanley and Morris, of D Company (Transport). Privates Alexander, Hack and Howard also showed up well.
