CONCENTRATION CAMP FOR POLES. (Received This Day 11.20 a.m.) COPENHAGEN, September 11. Germany is establishing a concentration camp to accommodate a thousand Poles. RUMANIAN TROOPS RESERVISTS CONCENTRATED ON FRONTIER. LONDON, September 11. The Bucharest correspondent of the “Daily Mail” says that the Government has issued a decree calling up about 150,000 reservists. They will be concentrated on the Polish and Hungarian frontiers.
