POLISH REFUGEES
ARRIVAL AT RUMANIAN FRONTIER WOMEN, CHILDREN £ WOUNDED ADMITTED. ARMED MEN INTERNED. (Received This Day, 11.35 a.m.) NEW YORK, September 11. The “New York Times” Bucharest correspondent says the first thousand refugees have arrived at the Ruma-nian-Polish border. Women, children and wounded were freely admitted, but others were refused. Those carrying arms were disarmed and. interned. The Red Cross is organising eleven relief stations.
