ADDITIONAL APPOINTMENTS. LONDON, Septembex- 4. A further list of Ministers not in the War Cabinet was issued in London tonight. It includes two new appointments. Lord Macmillan becomes Minister of Information, and Mr Ronald Cross becomes Minister of Economic Warfare. The newly-appointed Dominions Secretary. Mr Anthony Eden, took office today. Though not a member of the Wax- Cabinet, he will attend Cabinet meetings, in ordex- to keep the Dominions apprised of developments at all limes.
