BRITISH AND GERMAN AMBASSADORS DUTCH GOVERNMENT ACTS AS GO-BETWEEN. ATTITUDE OF THE REICH AUTHORITIES. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 10.22 a.m.' RUGBY. September 5. The exchange of the British Ambassador (Sir Nevile Henderson) for Herr Kordt (German Ambassador) will be effected by the Netherlands Govern-
ment, following the. sailing of the Dutch vessel Batavia, with Herr Kordt aboard, for Rotterdam. The Netherlands Government offered to act as gobetween ,in the exchange of the respective officials,.as word was received that the German Government refused to allow Sir N. Henderson and his staff to cross the Gorman frontier until Herr Kordt had been released from England.
