MASTERTON STOCK SALE
GOOD PRICES FOR SHEEP. Good values for sheep ruled at the Masterton stock sale today, some lines of fat ewes showing an increase of 3s to 5s compared with last week's rates. There was a large attendance of buyers and a fair yarding of stock. Values were: Fat hoggets 22s 6d: prime heavy ewes 30s Gd; wethers 27s sd; light fat hoggets 18s 7d.
