MINIATURE RIFLES MATCH WITH RIVERBANK CLUB. (“Tinies-A.se” Special.) An enjoyable miniature rifle shoot took place on the South Featherston range on Saturday night when members of the Riverbank Club, Lower Hutt, tried conclusions with local members. Mr Nightingale 99 and Miss Bryan 97 were the top scorers for Riverbank and Miss J. Burt 99 and Mr A. Burt 100 for South Featherston. Mrs Hoare, president of the .Riverbank Club, thanked the local members for their hospitality and presented trophies to Miss Burt and Mr Burt as t memento of the occasion. Mr Rasmussen suitably replied. Personal. Mr M. Bull, of Melrose. Wellington, is spending a month’s holiday with h.-7 uncle and aunt at South Featherston.
