A German plane took off from Heston for Berlin tonight. The solitary passenger’s identity was not revealed. The departure of the plane coincided with an announcement that the British reply had been sent to Herr Hitler. This is the third mystery flight while the Anglo-German exchanges have been progressing. Although prices slipped back there was no important liquidation. Bonds advanced irregularly. SLOVAKS & HUNGARY INCREASING HOSTILITY. (Received This Day 12.25 p.m.) LONDON. August 30. “The Times" Bratislava correspondent says the Slovaks are very bitter against Hungary, from which country thousands of Slovaks have illegally returned to demand the return of districts ceded to Hungary in the autumn. Shots are often exchanged. The authorities. however, are making an effort to avoid the worsening of Slovak-Hun-garian relations.
