FEATHERSTON
SCOUT CONCERT CARD PARTY IN AID OF FUNDS. (“Times-Age” Special.) A 500 card party was held at Mr. Johnston’s residence in aid of the Boy Scouts’ Jamboree equipment fund. The prizes, which were donated by Messrs. Watson & Co., were won as follow: Ladies, Mrs. Worsley; men, Mr Arthur Cook. Personal Items. Mr. and Mrs. R. W. Fuge, Kaiwaiwai, have returned from a holiday spent in North Auckland. Mr. H. M. Cherry, who is an inmate of the Greytown Hospital, is reported to be progressing satisfactorily towards recovery. Mrs. A. J. M. Leslie has returned home from the Greytown Hospital, where she recently underwent an operation.
