DAMPING CLOTHES

USE KITCHEN SPRINKLER. There is something amateurish and awkward in the usual method of damping clothes for ironing. Try a kitchen sprinkler such as is used for flour. It must be a fairly fine sprinkler. Use warm water. The damping will be uniform, and a definite advance on the method we picked up from our grandmothers.
