A.J.C. ACCEPTANCES. GOOD TRACK WORK BY BEAU VITE. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright SYDNEY, August 24. Acceptances for the Warwick Stakes on Saturday are: Royal Chief 9.3, Gold Rod 9.3, St Constant 9.3, Defaulter 9.0. Sedunum 8.9, Early Bird 8.9, Brazant 8.7, Feminist 8.4, Dagmar 8.0. In the Warwick Farm Spring Handicap there are 11 acceptors, the topweights, Buzalong, having 9.1, and Peerless 8.11. The Campbelltown Handicap has 14 acceptors. The topweight Brazant has 9.3, Royal Prince 9.0. Malagigi 8.7, Te Hero 3.6, and Adios 8.5. The Hobartville Stakes’ 16 acceptors include Bonny Loch. Dashing Cavalier, Penthides. High Caste, Reading Beau Repaire and Beau Vite. Eleven acceptors in the Glenlee Handicap include Pearl of Asia. 8.-1. McCarten will probably ride Beau Repaire in the Hobartville Stakes, and Ellis will ride Beau Vite. The leading three-year-olds, Bonny Loch, Reading and High Caste, are expected to provide the titbit of the meeting. Sparkling six-furlong gallops were recorded at Randwick today by Gold Rod, Adios, Beau Vite and Pearl of Asia. Royal Prince. Te Hero. The Squire and Peerless also worked satisfactorily. Beau Vite, whose work this week has been most attractive, today equalled Gold Rod's six furlongs track record of 1.171.
Royal Chief looked well after a gallop over six furlongs covered in J.lB.
Peerless beat, the three-year-old Mareno over seven furlongs in 1.30. Defaulter, ridden by A. E. Ellis, completed a strong seven-furlong gallop brilliantly in 1.36.
