TOWN PLANNING
APPOINTMENT OF BOARD MEMBERS. MR T. JORDAN INCLUDED. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON. This Day. The appointment of the following as members of the Town Planning Board for a period of three years is notified in the “Gazette": — F. W.’ Furket, C.M.G., appointed on the recommendation of the Council of the New Zealand Institution of Engineers (Incorporated). F. E.Greenish, appointed on the recommendation of the Council of the New Zealand Institute of Architects incorporated under the New Zealand Institute of Architects Act, 1913. E. V. Blake, appointed on the recommendation of the Council of the New Zealand Institute of Surveyors constituted under ihe Surveyors Act, 1938. T. Jordan ana W. Marshall, appointed on the re ;emmendation of the executive committee of the Municipal Association of New Zealand (Incorporated) . S. Blackley, appointed on the recommendation of the executive committee of the New Zealand Counties’ Association; and J. W. A. Heenan C.8.E., appointed on the recommendation of the Minister of Internal Affairs. It is further notified that in addition to the above- named persons the Town-planning Board consists of: — The Minister of Internal Affairs (chairman), the Director of Townplanning, the Surveyor-General, the Engineer-in-Chief of the Public Works Department, and the Government Architect.
