It is stated that the Three Power negotiations are not being broken off. but that the military conversations might, be suspended for a few days. M Daladicr met the chiefs of the armed forces. In a communique after an emergency meeting of the National Defence Council M Daladier announced that France was calling up a supplementary contingent of reservists to the colours in order to complete the measures already taken. It is understood that this is a prelude to partial mobilisation.
