GOLF COMPETITIONS LADIES’ CHAMPIONSHIP DRAW. ("Times-Age” Special.) The qualifying round of the championship and the final round for the Challenge Cup will be played by the ladies at Greytown on Saturday. The draw is as follows: — Seniors: Mrs Balfour v. Mrs Dunnett. REST ROOM GENEROUS DONATION. The committee of the South Wairarapa Working Men’s Club has donated twenty-five guineas towards the cost of the Centennial Rest Room. BRIDGE PARTY MRS KIERNAN THE WINNER. Yesterday another very successful ladies’ bridge party was held in the Plunket Rooms. The winner was Mrs Kiernan. A tasty afternoon tea was served by the hostesses, Mesdames Nichols and Farley. j Personal Items. Mr and Mrs Eric Skeet left today for ten days holiday to be spent at Auckland. Miss Esme Nichols,' of Nelson, is at present on a holiday visit to her parents, West Street. Mrs Wilfred Grigg is a patient in the Greytown Hospital. Obituary.
