OBITUARY

LADY FINDLAY. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. Lady Findlay, widow of the late Sir John Findlay, who was Attorney-Gen-eral in the Ward Administration, died this morning, aged 74. She was a daughter of the late Mr James Arkle, of Palmerston South. MRS T. A. H. DIXON. The friends of Mr T. A. -H. Dixon, of 38 Pownall Street, Masterton, will regret to learn of the death of his wife which occurred at the Masterton Hospital this morning, after a brief illness. The late 'Mrs Dixon was held in very high esteem by a wide circle of friends. She had a very sympathetic nature and was always willing to assist those in need of help. Besides a husband she leaves a grown-up family to whom deep sympathy will be extended in their bereavement. The funeral will leave the residence, 38 Pownall Street, on Wednesday.
