The real outlaws are very much alive, and are roaming the countryside at large under the protection of the Sheriff’s clothes. The cattlemen mistake Gene and “Frog” for the bandits, and mistake the bandits, of course, for sheriffs. I

Telling the dramatic story of grimfaced boys who challenge society for a chance in life, Universal’s production of “Code' of the Streets,” is the second attraction on the programme. In addition to the rough and ready band of juvenile stars, the Little Tough Guys, the swiftly paced story features Harry Carey, Frankie Thomas, James McCallion, Leon Ames, Juanita Quigley and Dorothy Arnold. The screenplay provides a graphic illustration of the effect that big city slum environment can have upon untrained youth.
