.— GOLF CLUB DRAW SATURDAY’S GAMES. (“Times-Age” Special.) The draw for the Martinborough Golf Club’s games on Saturday is as follows: — A grade.—Mrs McConnell v Mrs Parsons; Miss Kershaw v Miss Hancox; Miss K. Martin v Miss Jury; Miss Harvey v Miss Stewart; Mrs Marfiitt v Miss Mahood: Mrs Knutson v Miss Blundell; Mrs Caselcy v Mrs Wall; Mrs Moore v Mrs Knell; Miss Baker v Mrs Baker; Mrs G. MvLeod a bye. C grade.—Miss Macdonald v Mrs Sadd; Miss Harding v Mrs Willis; Mrs Kitching v Mrs Beveridge; Mrs Skill v Mrs Boyd. Players must be off the first tee by 1 p.m. Next Saturday the fourth round of the Martin Cup competition will be played in conjunction with the fourth championship qualifying round. Farewell. The residents of the Tawaha district gathered at the residence of Mr Roy Burch recently to farewell Mr and Mrs R. T. Parsons, who are leaving the district to reside in Otaki. A pleasant time was spent in crazy whist, music, and other enjoyments. During an interval. Mr A. W. George presented the departing guests with a brass rose bowl, and Miss Alpe presented Mrs Parsons with a posy.
