URGENCY 'l'o BE TAKEN IN BUDGET DEBATE MR FRASER'S ANNOUNCEMENT. BRIEF SESSION ANTICIPATED. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON. This Day. In order to expedite the completion of the Financial Debate in the House of Representatives, the Acting-Leader of the House (Mr Fraser) stated, at the conclusion of a party caucus, that he proposed to ask for urgency for this business, although the Government did not desire unduly late sittings. With this debate completed, the way will be clear for putting into legislative form the taxation proposals of the Budget, including Bills for increasing the petrol tax and beer duty. Consideration of the estimates will commence immediately the debate ends. In view of the steps being taken to speed up the pace of Parliament, it is not anticipated that the session will be prolonged beyond the end of September at latest,
