JEWISH PLANS

ATTACK ON BRITISH POLICY BOYCOTT & NON-CO-OPERATION IN PALESTINE. PROPOSALS FOR WORLD CONGRESS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day, 11.50 a.m.) LONDON, August 11. The Geneva correspondent of the "Daily Telegraph” says the Mizrachi organisation, representing the orthodox wing of Zionism, is submitting to the World Zionist Congress next week a plan for non-co-operation in Palestine, supporting protests against the British White Paper policy and proposing that Jews abstain from importing goods, with the object of reducing revenue, boycott of postal services in favour of self-devised means of communication, refuse subsidies and refrain from seeking Government ratification of their budgets, even if this entails forgoing rights to collect taxes; also urging the organisation of a common front against Britain.
