August 10, General Franco's new cabinet comprises himself, as Premier; Senor Suner, as Minister for the Interior: Colonel Beigboder, Foreign Affairs; General Varela Minister for War; General Yague, Minister for Air. The Ministry is a union of Falangists and the army.
General Franco is empowered to issue decrees without reference to anyone.
