The Nazi leader Herr Foerster returned to Danzig by air from Obersalzburg. He will make an important speech tomorrow evening. ARMS FROM RUSSIA SAID TO BE AVAILABLE TO POLAND. IN THE EVENT OF WAR: LONDON, August 9. The Warsaw correspondent of the “Daily Express” says that a sensation was caused when the “Politika Gospodarcz.a,” the official organ ’of Polish heavy industry, revealed that "in the event of war with Germany Poland will receive massive arms deliveries from Russia.” It added that on a declaration of war Russia would send all necessary steel supplies for the Polish war industries, bombing and fighting planes, tanks, armoured cars, and heavy and light artillery. COUNT CIANO MAY VISIT BERLIN SHORTLY. (Received This Day, 9.30 a.m.) ROME August 9. It is understood Count Ciana may shortly visit Berlin Io confer regarding Germany’s Danzig proposals.
